Casa Lapira Hotel - Valletta

Stay away from Casa Lapira. First, we had to climb 54 steps just to reach our"second floor" room, not ideal after a long day. The towels were not replaced, and I was told to help myself. I almost gave a good review, but the lack of red-carpet treatment really ruined my vacation.

We loved a nice size rooms and great food.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time. This place was original and the staff was especially helpful. Booked a room with modern conveniences e. The location was the best and the free parking was onsite. There was lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

The food was great with a lot of choice!

Climbing 3.5 sets of stairs to reach a "second floor" room isn't everyone's cup of tea!!! More hooks for bath towels would be appreciated, and having to get clean towels myself felt quite inconvenient!!! A little compassion during sickness wouldn't hurt!!!

Spotless unit with an electric kettle, a fridge and an oven. Excellent and incredible food. Magnificent location just off buses to other areas of Malta, all the bars and restaurants, and the ferry terminal and major sightseeing sights, attractions, restaurants, bars, only 5 minutes walk from a scenic garden. Early check-in, parking nearby.

I liked the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were genuinely helpful. Had good sleep at the queen room with modern conveniences.

The location was just perfect! We enjoyed a spacious room with a cool kitchenette. Only downside was climbing lots of stairs after a long day exploring 😅

I was offered a room with great views over the bay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the food was fantastic. Its favourable, very central location was a plus:)))

The view from the balcony in the Double or Twin Room is lovely and provides a great way to soak up the local vibe. The kitchenette is well-equipped.

The central location brings its own challenges. Noise levels rise significantly on weekends, especially with nearby bars. Plus, be prepared for a tiring climb of 54 steps to reach upper-level rooms after a day of touring the city, which can be exhausting for many. The towel situation felt a bit inconvenient. Having to fetch our own from the lobby was unexpected and added to the hassle.

The comfortable bed helped ensure restful nights despite some noise from nearby bars.

The room offered a lovely city view and was immaculate upon arrival. Climbing 54 steps daily felt daunting, especially after long excursions. I appreciated the nearby dining options, made meal times convenient.

the bed was super comfy and the room had a well-equipped kitchenette. it was a little tiring to climb 50 steps to the top floor after exploring all day.

Great location near restaurants and ports. Loved the friendly service. Limited luggage storage.
